Hovhannavank Monastery  is a historic Armenian monastery located near the Kasagh River  in the Aragatsotn region. Founded in the 4th–5th centuries , it was rebuilt in the 13th century  and is famous for its medieval Armenian architecture , intricate stone carvings, and panoramic views of the surrounding valleys.
